The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any questions I had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing the ultimate level of comfort. First of all the small size of the beds, room and bathroom, where it is difficult to move. If it were a double bed (which we had requested, were not given due to lack of availability), there would be a little more space. instead there were two beds of 80 separated by a small bedside table. pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. Nothing like other hotels of this category. Secondly, they do not serve lunch or dinner, even though they have a magnificent dining room, they only use for buffet breakfast and group dinners. To make up for the lack of facilities and services, they also do not have a simple cafeteria or bar where you can sit for a while. In short, few services for a 4-star hotel, is also not at all cheap compared to others of similar characteristics. It has been just over 300 euros for three nights of a weekend, so the price seems to me a bit excessive for what is offered to guests. In short, it did not meet our expectations.

The restaurant here was nice for dinner, we both ordered excellent dishes. Wi-Fi and a hair dryer worked well. Its location a short walk from a modern museum was particularly good and perfect.

This place is conveniently located within walking distance of Casa del Cordon, offering a comfy bed, spacious bathroom, climate control, and a personal safe in the room.

Had a great Easter stay in a hotel with great location close to the city center. Loved the spacious, comfortable room and the delicious breakfast that left us energized for the day ahead. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi and the possibility of parking our car without paying extra.

The lack of assistance with our luggage upon arrival, and also the fact that there was no air conditioning in the room made for some uncomfortable moments. However, we managed to overcome these minor issues and enjoy all the other great aspects of our stay.

We used this hotel enroute from the ferry at Santander to southern Spain. It was easy to find and easier again to leave from the next morning. Centrally located in a vibrant City.

As old people, we loved the convenient location near the old town, museums, and river. The hotel's spacious and comfortable rooms were perfect for our needs. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. The staff was friendly, communicative, and helpful.

The staff was very helpful and qualified ( French, German, English, Spanish , maybe some more...) Rooms were very well sound-proofed against street noise, although some voices could be heard among rooms. Overall a good quality stay with a nice price, just in the middle of the very friendly city of Burgos with its special wines and meals, buildings and historic places. Do not miss the chance to visit it!

Como unica pega, la insonorización de las habitaciones no es buena y por la mañana a las 9h00 en fin de semana las señoritas de la limpieza con el aspirador se oyen bastante en el pasillo y las habitaciones contiguas.
